What you will do:
  • Coordinate with technical leads and subject matter experts to support project deliverables and manage issue escalation
  • Act as a liaison between workstreams to maintain workflow continuity and alignment
  • Facilitate vendor discussions and escalate complex issues to project leadership
  • Communicate progress, impediments, and risks to project leads and the Project Manager while proactively identifying and resolving cross-team challenges
  • Manage task dependencies and optimize project timelines
  • Track action items from technical review meetings and ensure follow-through
  • Collaborate with leads to assist in defect resolution and remediation efforts while providing direction and support to technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support technical documentation efforts and ensure consistency with system architecture and design standards
  • Assist in validating technical solutions against business requirements
  • Contribute to solution design discussions with technical teams and facilitate technical review meetings across multiple workstreams
  • Track deliverables, action items, and blockers to sustain project momentum
  • Ensure timely follow-through on commitments and escalate delays when necessary
What you will need to be successful:
  • Proven track record in leading or coordinating enterprise-scale technology platform rollouts
  • Direct, hands-on collaboration with software development and systems engineering teams
  • Strong background in managing complex technical initiatives involving multiple workstreams and interdependencies
